    Hi all, any issues with rust on seams of brackets welded to the frame? Should I grind it off?

    That is extremely minor.

    Just hit it with a wire brush (hand brush, not on an angle grinder due to your brake line) and toss a light coat of paint over it.

    totally agree, wire brush and some rustoleum will fix that right up
