    Hey all,

I recently bought a 2009 Tacoma SR5. The previous owner put Bilstein suspension in it, and I noticed a broken coil spring when I was under the truck earlier.

How can I tell which model of Bilstein’s are in it? I can’t see a model number on the shocks themselves. My guess is 5100’s, but I need a way to make sure so I can buy the right spring.

    truck has a 3” lift.

    thank you!

Welcome to Tacoma World. I'd agree that looks like a 5100, pretty hard to mistake it for anything else.
