    Hi All,

I have a question about the Truxedo LowPro QT tonneau cover (and all similar products). I am interested in installing one and/or a similar roll-up cover on my 2007 Access Cab. I am looking for a low-profile roll-up tonneau cover that allows people to still sit on the bed rails while in the bed (other covers have mounting systems that would prove uncomfortable), and am also interested in installing it directly to the bed (bolting it in such that it doesn't require the use of the sliding bed-rail system). Does anybody know if that is how this system works and/or can be installed? If not, are there any tonneau covers that I could install (roll-up variety) that bolt onto the bed (behind the sliding rails) such that it is securely mounted and allows me to continue use of my sliding rail system?

I have indeed searched for this, although most of the threads I've found suggest tri-folds and whatnot. I am interested in a roll-up version. If the answer exists somewhere and I wasn't able to find it, please simply point me in that direction and I'll be on my way.

    Thanks in advance!

    Cheers,

    John

The access limited I own will nto allow you to comfortably sit in the bed as you have to attach their rails to the existing rail system. I'm pretty sure most of the more afforable roll ups are the sameway, including the one you are looking at (truxedo).

But.......Check out the Backflip rollx, pretty sure you can still sit on the sides of the bed as that has a different mount. Thats a sweet cover, would have got it if it was in my budget.

Perfect, thanks! I will check out the Backflip Rollx for sure. I wonder if there's a way to modify the Truxedo system (or others) to be bolted into place, rather than relying on existing rails or on clamps (like some other covers). I'll keep exploring.

    Cheers,
