I'm 6'1", and I found things too close for comfort with a moonroof. My hair brushed on the roof liner depending on how I was seated, and it kind of bugged me a little. Sometimes I have a very relaxed sitting position though, and I'm leaned back and to the side a bit. I'll never come close to touching the roof in that position. But other times I sit very straight and close to the wheel so I can see the front better, and that is typically how I sat when I would go off-roading in my past vehicles. I think there are too many variables here to determine if it works for you or not. Easiest to just go in and drive one around. Try to find a bumpy road to hit to make sure it won't be a problem if you're bouncing around a bit. Good luck!
