I'm in the process of buying a newer taco, and there are a few good deals on x runners and was wondering if anyone has an x runner that they took the body kit stuff off and lifted it so it looks like your average taco?
Or will it look kinda crappy taking the kit off? like holes or anything.

Not a fan of the whole body kit on this truck.

Any and all help is appreciated!

    Lots baby!
There will be slots/holes that the body kit clips to, that would be exposed. The X-runner also sits lower than a stock Taco.

I would just buy a regular Taco.

Are they at least on the bottom of the bumpers/ skirt area?

Just buy a regular Tacoma... Lifting a X-Runner will be difficult due to different suspension set ups, it will throw off your speedo and will get horrible gas mileage. X-Runners have 3:15 gears instead of 3:73 like the other Tacos.

All of the holes are a long the upper portion of the body kit and there are PLENTY of them.
