    Hello!

I have a 2013 TRD OffRoad. I think the suspension is shot. It rides really rough. Perhaps I overloaded it with mulch and stone over the years.

Does anyone have any recommendations on what I replace? Is it just the shocks, struts, etc. I know nothing :)

    Thanks!

You are in a good spot, best is to just read, read, read! There's a ton of info in here. Personally I'm a fan of Accutune, but I've ran Toytec with no complaints other than I kept looking down the rabbit hole!

New Coilovers up front and shocks and leafs in the rear. 11 years of abuse, Its probably time. If you are trying to save a buck, look for some low mileage takeoffs here or an FB marketplace from a 3rd Gen Off Road.

    minor tweaks
Sometimes you don't realize how shot the suspension gets till it's replaced. For me springs (fr/rear) and shocks made it ride like new again. The stock rear springs (inc recall springs) are garbage if you carry anything in the bed.

I installed new Alcan leafs, since with my cap, bedslide and any cargo, I was drooping
