    Gents,
So I got my '11 DC Sport 4X4 brand new and got $28K OTD

Two questions, My mother is going to buy an Access Cab Sport 4X4 from the same exact dealer.
    1. I know i can get life time oil changes with hers, now I forgot to get that for mine. Would i be able to somehow work that into the deal with hers? meaning they give mine and hers lifetime oil changes? or is that not a possibility. ( I know it is a super long shot, just curious if i could)

    2. I was going to tell her to walk if its anything more than $26.5K OTD.
Now i know the prices have gone up on the newer models but is that still a good price range? or should it be around $27-27.5 OTD?

First of all... Are you REALLY gonna TELL your mom to do ANYTHING?

Second, the only way I see you getting your lifetime of free lube is to be really nice and see if they will give it to you for referring her to them.

Edit: Just noticed you bought new in 2010-11... Yeah... Good luck with that.

If you are a member of Costco, check out their auto buying program. I have bought 3 vehicles with their program. The price varies a bit because each dealership negotiates the price with Costco, but you get discounts on the car price, extended warranty, etc. In each case, I have asked the dealership if I could have negotiated the same price on my own. One said no, the other two told me "maybe" if I wanted to come in, walk away, and come back and spend all day at there shop. With Costco, the dealer has to show you the true factory invoice and the price is somewhere around $100 over factory invoice.:D

I bought my truck and my moms 2013 Camry from the same salesman. He ended up taking another $1,000 off the price of the Camry and threw in free maintenance until 5 years 60,000 miles whatever came first. Basically extended the 2/25000 Toyota already gives you. Just be aware there's more wiggle room on Camrys then Tacomas.

I paid 28.5k OTD for my access 2012 4x4 sr5. In October 2012. You likely won't even get close to your ideal price for a 2014. Maybe a 2013 if you can find one. Maybe it IS possible, but likely not probably. Good luck either way.
