    All the time!!!
I have a 2015 SR5, my steering wheel lock when you turn the key off has stopped locking, when the key is turned off, and the key is out you can still turn the wheel. My horn doesn’t honk unless you move the wheel a little to one side or the other. Is it a bad clock spring that is my problem? Can I change out the clock spring and that will fix it or is there more to be done? Thanks!!!

The horn problem sounds like a bad clockspring but the steering wheel lock is a separate issue, it is in the part that holds the lock cylinder.

So a new ignition key assembly is what I need to lock the column again, and a clock spring assembly also. I’m just trying to make sure I have what I need before I take it apart. Thanks!

I think it's the part that the lock cylinder goes in not the lock cylinder itself but I could be wrong.
