Been lurking for a while, but this is my first thread to start. I used the search bar and came up with nothing on this. Does anyone know what the specifications are for the 17" rims that come on the TSS Offroad package trucks? Curious as to what the width, offset, and backspacing is.

TRD Exhaust, Mobtown bolt on sliders and aluminum tailgate reinforcement, Reverse lights changed to yellow turn signals, LED pods added for reverse, ADD W1 oil catch can, Total Chaos bed reinforcement, rear diff breather to taillight mod, 12" combo led bars behind lower grill wired to high beams, Toyota led bed light kit, 400 watt anytime mod, SSO slimeline front bumper.
    Welcome.

Can't help with all but I do know the off road package comes with 16" wheels. I'm sure others will respond with remaining info.

This isn't the TRD Offroad sadly, its kind of a knockoff port added package to 17" wheels and 265/65/17 Nitto Terra Grapplers

The TSS 6 split spoke silver rims are 17x8 18mm offset.

I've never heard of a TSS series truck.

I thought TSS was Toyota Safety Sense, but is this some sort of weird cosmetic edition?

Just another BS package to up the cost. I looked at one and asked if I get the factory wheels and tires along with it. They looked at me like I was crazy and said NO. Then I asked if there is a trade in allowance for the factory wheels and tires. Another crazy look and another NO. At that point I said thanks but no thanks.

Oh man, poor naming considering TSS is widely used for safety sense.

It's an SET and/or GST thing I believe. See them around here all the time. I'm sure dealers love them for all the extra profits.

Here is one on one of my local dealers website. I do like the wheels.

It’s not Texas, but Toyota Sport Series. It is a GST offering. SET is the XP series.
Essentially it is a SR/SR5 with a few cosmetic changes (read that as “dealer cost savings”).
They are huge profit makers for dealerships.
The wheels are a special made for them by ULTRA I believe.

Sadly... as you can see, it has no flairs, no fogs, SR grille, and the VIN says “SR” build. Sure, it SAYS off-road, but it is an I4 RWD. Not knocking that config... but you can’t say they aren’t TRYING to be deceptive. So, SR with decals and rims... would think the black package would be a better buy.

That’s a recent change. They used to be custom SR5’s.

Yea, I always knew them as downgraded SR5s. But then, they were always TSS... and not this new “TSS OFF ROAD”. I had some time during a service visit and checked out the lot to see what was new/changed in the 19s and noticed the anomalies... they had several of these.

Yea, I noticed it when I did the last maintenance interval on my 4Runner. The dealer had several. Kinda cheap looking now.
