Those look like the ones i bought from custom offsets. Just had them programmed today. They seem to be working. You should be fine.

My stock ones have a metal sleeve. The aftermarket are the same as the ones in your picture

Okay kewl, this one's are oem. So my guess their phasing out of the sleeve ones. I'll roll with it and see what happens.

My 2017 stock sensors are metal Schrader bodies.
Autel and other aftermarket sensors can be purchased either rubber or metal bodies. You just need to know the angle of the sensor needed for your new wheels.
The rubber body moves a lot more than metal, which is better for off-roading.

Not Tacoma, but my Sister’s 2020 RAV4 had rubber valve stems, and my brother in law’s 2020 RAV4 had metal valve stems.

seems Toyota is using both, maybe depending on factory.

my 2021 TRD Pro Tacoma came with metal stems, for what it’s worth.

That brass nipple doesn't go all the way through the rubber stem?

Just get the rubber ones. They work just fine, probably better than the aluminum ones. The nut tends to seize onto the stem on the aluminum ones, and they can also break if hit off road.
