So a while back my brakes developed a squeal and i did all i could do to fix it. Cleaned everything and lubed the pads and pins. Still did it so i went and bought new pads and brand new rotors and all was good. Until today i noticed that the scuffing marks on the rotor on the passenger side were still there and gone on the drivers side. Is my caliper sticking or what? I do have a slight pull just before a complete stop to the left. Also noticed that one of the boots on the piston was tore when i did the brakes but dont remember which side. Is it time for new calipers and can i get them at the local vato zone, what kinda quality are we talking. Is there a better idea? Thanks

Probably a hung up caliper... especially if you have a torn boot. Rock Auto has decent prices on Calipers.. $30-$50.
