Questions about replacing the bed on a 1st Gen Tacoma?

    2002 Tacoma SR5 V6 4x4
    I just discovered some rusted through portions inside the bed/box on my 2002 Tacoma underneath the liner.

    I've started looking at replacement beds, and they all sort by with fender flares and without fender flares.

    Does anyone know if I can get one without fender flares and just swap my fender flares over, or install aftermarket fender flares?

    Are the bolt patterns the same? Gas tank location, filler tube, etcl.,.

    Any help is greatly appreciated. I plan on restoring this truck and want to keep her in the best shape possible.
