2022 Tacoma off road dual cab.
I’ve been looking to upgrade my stock 2022 Tacoma off road suspension to the Dobinsons 1.5” to 3” MRR 3-way adjustable kit for my double cab(short bed) to get a 2” to 2.5” inch lift on 33” tires.

Currently, now I have a stock front end but will be adding full steel cbi skid plates and upgrading to an aluminum front end bumper. My rear has a diamondback cover with a front runner rack and ikamper 3.0 on top.. I also have steel rock sliders and I will be adding a steel rear bumper while my roof has the Prinsu rack. I also will be upgrading to 17inch wheels on 33” tires

I was looking to get the front C59-352 heavy load front springs (50mm 2”) … the L59-111-R (55mm. 2.1” lift) heavy load leaf springs with MRA59-A941 long travel rear shocks… I know will require longer break lines and bigger bump stops. I also know that I’ll need new upper control arms.

what I’m not sure about is the front seat height MRA59-A220 226mm (adds 1 inch lift) vs the MRA59-220 213mm… does that mean front end would have a 3 inch lift in front with the MRA59-A220 226mm?? And just a 2 inch front lift with a MRA59-A220 213mm??

I was also curious about the diff drop?? Is that really required as I really haven’t seen much about that when researching lifts and suspensions. Also what about the sway bar relocation bracket?? I haven’t seen much about that either.

Greatly appreciate any information as this is all rather new to me and hoping to build my rig correctly the first time. You know. Buy once, cry once.

The information is much clearer on my site:
    https://exitoffroad.com/product/dob...-5-to-3-0-for-2005-23-4x4-access-double-cabs/

You'll see when and where we recommend each of the items, based on lift height, on that page.

The front struts are fully height adjustable, you don't have to add any preload beyond the standard coil seat height.

Just make sure you don't over-compensate for springs. You need to run the amount of weight constantly in order for the springs to ride well and sit at the listed height.
