I'm really interested in this lift for my 2015 trd double cab. My question is...the description and multiple answers on the faq section say that we will not need new uca's to align my truck properly afterwards I don't do off roading other than a few dirt roads here and there. I'm mostly only worried about the alignment issue. What is your take on it? I've always been told 3 inches or more u need new uca but it's not a true 3 inches of lift in the front. Thanks for any advice u can give me!

The general consensus here is that 2.5"+ you'll need them. Now, I am sitting at 2" of front lift. I have stock UCA's for the time being. Even at only 2" I can't get my caster as high as I want without adding unwanted positive camber. The best balance I can find is camber at 0.2 and my caster maxes out around 1.1 or so (2.5ish is ideal). It's not terrible at all, but I do experience a little wandering and bump steer. I will be adding UCAs in the near future. I would suggest doing the lift, getting an alignment, and seeing if you're happy with how it drives. If you're happy spend the uca money on something else. If you're not, get ucas. Hope this helps.

This is exactly my experience with the same lift. I was able to get 1.6 caster, but much more positive camber than I'd like. New UCAs are in my future as well.

Thank you for answering the question I had directly, lol I'm going to do the lift and get the uca's if need be. Just didn't want to get it and risk having my truck terribly out of alignment untill I get them.

I have the kit I posted above with stock UCAs. It's not too good to be true, ride is great. Lots of people run that lift and I haven't seen any complaints, nor do I have any of my own.
