My 886 coils with ARB bumper gave me 3 3/4 inches of lift, after they settled they are still at 3 3/8.

Your stock UCA's will be almost maxed out, and will max out when you roll ever a speed bumpe etc and your suspension tops out; therefore it limits your suspension travel. You will definately hear it.

    I went with LR UCAs.

Also $200 for the assembly is very cheap and worth it, as it included Toyota factory parts, so you can so a direct swap.

Also when you mount the bumper, have at least a 20mm clearance between it and your fender; anything less and it will rub from the chassis movement/flex.

You can get a little more travel out of the LR UCAs. Mostly the fix the alignment.

Here were my numbers after 886s, before UCAs.

    Not very good.

Like I said, I drove around like that for a long while until the 33s made it just too apparent.

My alignment is now like 0 toe 0 camber 2.8* caster.

You'll have to decide how it is for you, each truck is slightly different as well, but in all likely hood your truck won't be in spec. It also may slightly affect tire wear as well so you'll have to take all this into consideration and make the call.

I can't seem to find a straight answer and I've searchd my ass off. I don't want to start a new thread, so I'll ask in here. Sorry to hijack, Hunter.

I ordered a ARB and DO NOT plan on running a winch. I understand that 886s are what to get if planning to have both.

I've also read about 886s chattering your teeth without the extra 75-100 lbs of a winch. With the ARB alone, do y'all think it'll be somewhat level with a 2" aal? (non tsb rear) using 885s and using a 1/4 top plate spacer or should I get 1/2"? I'll be using 5100s since I already have them.

I'm a dclb. Thanks for any input.

    885's should be good

    That is IMO

It will give more the an 1" prob 2" maybe a tad more.

It will be 3ish at first but remember it has to settle

Curently, I have 5100s set at .85 with Eibachs + 1/4 plate spacers with 2" aal. It settled at about 2.5..maybe a tad more.

I'd like to settle higher than what I have now. 3" would be good. I feel that I have too much rake.

The 885's with no spacer got me just over 2 1/2" up front in my DCLB 4x4 , I would suspect you will sag an inch with the ARB up front .

If you add the spacers for the full 3" lift and sag an inch , adding a 2" AAL in the rear will have you at the factory rake . ie up 2" above stock front and back

I installed an ARB with a winch a couple months ago and I'm still running my 884's with stock shocks. The ride is actually very nice! I don't top out my UCA's over speed bumps anymore. However; I do rub a little bit off road so I am looking to get some 886's soon or some coilovers.

Probably your best bet , but keep in mind you are supposed to only run OME shocks with the 886 coils , not Bilsteins
