    I went from 265/65/17 to 265/75/16.. I had absolutely no problems, stock first gen wheels with goodyear duratrac's and stock suspension, balanced and no alignment ... I read that people had rubbing issues and some people didn't.

    Just the essentials and no extra fluff.
    If you drive the truck off road I would get a matching spare. New tires should not cause the truck to need an alignment.
