Quick dumb TW question, I've noticed that some people's names are struck through...

This does mean banned right? How are people posting when banned?

 

I'm gonna take a shot in the dark and since it's a thin blue line I would think something supporting the police. In the Fire service we have the thin red line. Just a guess.

 

Some people have the Thin Blue Line, which you can start a thread in the Chat with Staff subforum and request it added to your username.

Otherwise, it does mean banned. I do think there is a slight color difference with the banned line being a navy color the same as the username color. The Thin Blue Line is more royal blue.
