I think I ran 265/75's for my second set of tires on my 1st gen before the lift. They rubbed a little in a full lock on the frame. Don't remember if there was any contact with the fender.

55 to 60 pound tire is about the maximum for a 16 inch wheel and stock truck

weight doesnt have much to do with rim size. the only thing to worry about is tire contact with the truck. mainly the body mount and frame. and the largest tire you can fit stock on the 16 is a 265 75 16 tire.
