Quickfist mounting to roof rack

I just picked up a roof rack for my bed shell and im looking to mount a shovel and axe to it using quickfist mounts but i cant seem to find anything that will let me actually attach the quickfist mount itself to the 1/2" bar on the roof rack. I tried searching the forum and on Amazon but no luck, is anyone aware of any type of clamps or mounts that are compatible with quickfist that can be mounted to a round bar?

Thanks! thats exactly what im looking for. Anyone aware of any other cheaper options like this? Prefer to avoid spending $70 for four mounts if possible
