out for the fanboys and white knights", bala bla, as if there are lots of people on
this forum who just attack anyone who says anything critical of the vehicle or has an
issue. they use this to preemptively defend what they are about to do to the thread.
there is no equivalency on here at all between the two supposed extremes. one group
is almost a myth in its presense here and the other is prolificly dyspeptic. maybe TW
uses them to stir up drama. who knows?

I used to think shitposting was good for the bottom line at TW Inc., but that was my Northeast cynicism kicking in.
My thinking has since evolved to TW was created by free thinking individuals who value the unhindered free exchange of ideas. Shitposting is the byproduct of said free exchange. I really dislike it, but have come to accept it and anyone can post whatever they want as long as they adhere to the CoC.
TW is really an excellent forum, and most of the time fun.
And for the record, really likey 3rd gen.

Originally they thought it was the valve cover. So it took almost a month to get that in apparently.

It wasn't until the dealer had one more truck come in with the same leak that they started pushing to toyota about the issue.

I'm not 100 % sure what they ended up doing but it doesn't leak or sweat now. Total time in shop was 36 days, frustrated but happy its fixed.

damn bro, what dealership did you take it too? I hope they at least put you in a rental..

i literally was without my car for 2.5 days and they gave me a rental. from their own lot. a tacoma rental. lol
