How can you ban what a private company spends thier money on? I feel as an American I can change the channel or use the mute button. By all means educate yourself on what you are voting on but the goverment has no business banning what private companies do with thier money.

This is funny. Did you select that they should be banned because you don't like listening to them or because you are opposed to large corporations having the loudest voice because they have the most money??

On a side note I should have said 6/6. Because (not to get political) corps like my fathers should be able to spend money on what they want and should not be limited by the GoV!!!

Or, hey, they could NOT spend that money on advertisements and pass along that savings to the consumer -- or hire more people -- you know, in a down economy....and stuff.

Before we get all free-market economy, capitalism and campaign-contributions-rebates up in here, I'm just saying it's an opinion.

    And I was 2/2/2.

Guess that makes me pretty middle-of-the-road.

Or they could not do any advertising, resulting in a reduction of sales increasing their unit costs and have to raise prices. And then layoff people.

And before we get all socialist on us, I'm just saying this is my opinion.
