How can you ban what a private company spends thier money on? I feel as an American I can change the channel or use the mute button. By all means educate yourself on what you are voting on but the goverment has no business banning what private companies do with thier money.

Or, hey, they could NOT spend that money on advertisements and pass along that savings to the consumer -- or hire more people -- you know, in a down economy....and stuff.
