No the 9V didn't work. It's weird to me because it's both side. Doesn't make sense to me. I could see it being one or the other, but both? When I first got them with the morimoto bulbs it was the same way. I was hoping the cut off line would be fixed when I swapped in the Phillips XV's, but it didn't change at all. I wanna love these headlights, but all these issues are making it tough lol.

With 9v, you tried switching the negative and positive? That is weird that it's both.....

Then it's the tuning/lens spacing. Cant really tell unless i see a clear picture. That is something you and Rad may have to talk about. We can rule out the bulbs since oem bulbs' QC is top.

^ Thanks Jimmy for the help and allowing Sam to get a pictured idea.

You don't have anything to worry about as this is with the Murano High Beam. We're troubleshooting it with Sam as its a fluke issue.

That's what I'm thinking, gotta be since it's both sides, but they are the TL-R's.

I must say... @RAD provides excellent customer service and is very personable as each customer has a different set up with varying levels of experience/ expertise when it comes to wiring, etc.
I had my existing OEM headlights which was previously retrofitted by another vendor sent off to Rechelon for BHLM. The turnaround in house was one business day. I received the headlights and installed...
The projector must have moved during transit on the driver side thus giving me a cock eyed Tacoma.
I reached out to RAD and within minutes we were discussing possible solutions and alternatives on the phone.
After agreeing to an alternative, the headlights were sent off again. I opted for FX-R no halo with passive red demon eye. During install I was having issues with the passenger side headlight working. RAD suggested checking the ground... And guess what, I had a bad ground.
Anyway, sorry for the long read. KUDOS to Rechelon Aesthetics and definitely recommended if you're looking into having someone else retrofit your headlights.

I'll send a picture of the wiring on the back of the headlight in the morning but with LED projectors, LED passive demon eye, LED Halo, and LED DTRL and side markers I'm not sure which plugs go where and which ones go to the box modules?

@Mph6779 This is Rad . . . but you're more than welcome. You should've received an email to help with the wiring. Email us back directly if you have further questions.

I am answering emails right now in detail and getting back into the swing of things right away.
