Thank you! It's tough losing friends, especially to cancer.

what's counting the miles though? does the tachometer rest to 000000?

edit: i guess he could just use trip A and B

edit 2: i just got to the part of the video he explains he used trip b

My math shows the original made it over 800k and the used replacement engine had 100k on it when installed and it is around 1.6M now...so math would say the second engine has outlasted the first as it is still running with over 900k on it.

I understand…I’m older and losing friends and family is part of life - but that doesn’t make it any easier.

My 7 was a typo. It would be around 800k because he made it to nearly 900k on the first engine. Either way, when you get up that high, does it even make much difference anymore? Lol. I'm equally impressed by both!

You are 100% correct, I'll be 62 late December, have never lost as many friends as I have this year. It is part of life, but a part I wish we could somehow do away with!

And that is why folks trust the 2.7 more than the V6 .

It’s a terrific engine- arguably the best made. I’m pleased with my V6 - bought my truck new JAn 2019 and I’ve got just under 250k trouble free miles - many in 4WD.

My brother…..It’s a eulogy type of video LOL.

I am sure many of us were wishing for him to hit 2million miles and sadly we won’t see it happen anymore.

The video gives us some closure.
