    Or maybe they removed/tried to rescue the bodies but didnt put the car out immediately. If you notice the tow truck pics are daylight and this happend early in the morning. Im sure the car at least smoldered a little more after they got the bodies out. IF they werent flung out as mentioned

    A lot of unknown facts here..Unless they got the bodies out of the car while it was burning and Ryan Dunn's tatt's were still identifiable then no one really knows who was driving. Other than maybe someone who saw them leave the bar/club/etc they were at prior to the crash. If they were thrown from the vehicle and the other piece of evidence does not exist no one can say for certain whether who was drivng. All in all its a terrible way to lose someone but if you make these types of decisions sometimes you pay the ultimate toll. At least no innocent bystanders were taken as well. I am barring the passenger as being innocent because they made the decision to get in the car with a drunk.

    Morale of the story: Don't Drink and Drive!

    M3Bassman. I reread your link and you can see the very last line that is viewable of the police report states that the driver and registered owner....which I am going to assume the part we cant see is going to say Ryan Dunn.
