    Really? Maybe that would be a good idea. Then you could be the next unlucky victim. :rolleyes:

    I am not an advocate of lawsuits, but they are more then warranted in certain situations, this possibly being one of them. If you build a sub par product, get ready to pay for it.

    haha do you realize he was hit at 60mph? everyone else was saying things along the lines of "wow, cant believe how well the rest of the truck held up"

    maybe go after insurance hard, but why make the company pay that gave you that beautiful truck to drive.

    Yeah I was out for a few hours. Have had headaches but generally doing pretty good. Insurance paid for my new 09. And I am currently pursuing little mister Accord owner for other damages. I am not at all dismayed by the structure of the Tacoma. It was a major hit at at least60mph according to the police report. I was actually in the passenger side at the time. My dad was driving and sustained no injuries at all. Sadly I have no pics of the accord. But I can bet my Taco faired much better than his P.O.S ..........Thanks for all the well wishes
