    Insurance company totaled it and salvage yard bought it for parts. I didn't have much say so. Tha is unless I wanted to pay off the truck myself.

    Yeah I was pretty pissed about it too. I mean this was a 40 year old man at that. I could somewhat understand if it was some young stupid kid but a grown man. RIDCULOUS. He will pay for his stupidity.

    Oh he is lucky your dad didnt get out and woop his ass...let me see my son knocked out because someone was texting and at that a grown man who should know better...id get out and whoooo. im telling you...but glad your ok. Its never fun to get into an accident. Insurance issues. police reports. its just a headache

    Yeah it is a MAJOR Headache. Just glad I was able to get a new ride and that my Dad or I wasn't seriously injured. I think My Dad although not hurt, was in shock and quite dazed. After all he saw it coming and couldn't do anything to stop it. Can you imagine that feeling ? that still blows my mind.
