RA-60 help

    Afe stage 2 cai pro dry s, magna flow exhaust
    Yesterday was driving down the interstate, shifted to 5th and had power for a minute then was a clunk and no more power. I now get nothing no matter what gear I put it in. Clutch has fluid and actuated the fork, fork looks to be intact. When pushing in/releasing the clutch sounds like a rock polisher/cement mixer. Not sure what to look at/ for next. Any suggestions are welcome. Truck has 175k miles and original clutch/pressure plate/etc.
