When you put in on the inside portion of the door, do you install it over the wire harnesses (with the exception of the window control/door lock harness)?

When you place the RaamMat on the inside panel (looking at the link I provided), do you do it over top of the wiring harness (the harness between the RaamMat and the door) or do you tuck the material under the harness and leave gaps where the harness connects to the door?
