Can others confirm before I put these Energy Suspension bushings into my rack that they wont squeak. I could see this squeak being hella annoying. Just wanna be sure.

    regards

I went ahead and added a grease zerk. A hole is allready there just drill and tap. Poly is known to be squeaky

Also, be sure to do a final torque when the wheels are on the ground so the bushings can settle before zipping them. A torque wrench capable of 132ft lbs is a minimum

Regarding the final torque, I am adding the bushings to a new rack before it’s installed it in the vehicle, does that make a difference? What am I torquing?

What do you mean by zipping them?

Auto store sells them. There is a pre existing hole that needs to be tapped. Depending on the size of the jerk, you may have to enlarge the tool. I did it because I had them on hand and hole was allready there

The bolts that hold the rack into place when reinstalling. There are a few. Zipping is referring to torqueing them down. Others might not tighten to spec but it’s
    My perfence to do so.

Is there a guide for doing this job with a 4WD Tacoma? I'm not finding much info on my own. I already started taking the bushings out, but putting new ones in will be a pain with that bolt in the way.
