Rack & Pinion Power Steering Line

I have a 2005 Tacoma double cab 4wd. There is a leak on the longest power steering line attached to the rack & pinion. This line can't be purchased separately from the rack & pinion through Toyota.
I would like to purchase this line or a used rack & pinion to get the line. Unless anyone knows of someone with the metric fittings that could fabricate a solution.

Could you be a bit more specific on the line? perhaps include a picture? The pressure and return lines are sold separately. Unless you are referring to the crossover line.
