Like a few others on this thread, I went with the UTility flat rack from Baja Rack. I like that is sits as low as possible to the roofline and has the built in wind deflector.
I also went with the matching rear camper shell rack. The reason I went with this setup was to be as flexibile as possible, whether I was going to mount equipment such as shovel/jack/traction devices for off-road trips, or to potentially mount a RTT and awning for camping trips, or possibly strap some Kayaks up top, or just strap a mattress on top if I was moving some furniture, etc. The rack easily mounts to the factory holes in the roof on all models regardless of whether or not you have the OEM roof rack. So far I'm extremely happy with this choice, more updates to come.

Been running a KB Voodoo mid-height rack for awhile now, really like it, it's super solid.

For those kbvoodoo bed rack owners, what are you using to mount gear?

    Ex. High lift, Rotopax etc.

I'm wandering around Lowes and all I can really see are U bolts that might work. Would probably rattle like hell without some weather stripping of some sort

I'm not sure what size the holes are, but you may be able to use Quick Fist Grips to hold your gear on that rack.

Wow I havent seen those before, they look pretty sweet. Looks like would fit nicely on the rack as well.

@KB Voodoo have you used these before?

I went with a RCI rack. Really like it so far. It didn't come with instructions but it was super easy to install.

Anyone have details/images of the Rotopax installed on the Front Runner Slimline II? Looking to get 2 of the water cans but trying to determine if I need their universal mounting plate or not. Front Runner is working on a mounting plate but won't be released for a couple more months.

Is there such a thing as a Bed Mounted Rack (without a Camper Shell) that'd be level with the Cab Rack? All I've been able to see are "Half Height" Bed Mounted Racks... Or is there a reason behind them being made only in "Half Height"?

People like "half racks" because when they put an rtt on them, the tent is roughly close to the top of the cab.

4 pages of comments on a "Racks, Racks, Racks" thread and not one mention (or pic) of Kate Upton.

    WTF tacomaworld?!?!?!

I'm at work so I can't end this drought right now...
