    Would like to put a single rack on cab roof and bed extender in the up position to carry kayaks any
    Thoughts or suggestions ?

    According to the Yakima bed extender I have it will hold 300lbs as a bed extender and 175 in the vertical position to work with a roof rack. That said you should be able to carry 2 being its 60" wide. I think my SS127 Bonafide being a fishing Kayak is wider and heavier than many at about 80-85 lbs

    they sell an extension for mine I guess it wont reach high enough but I would measure it first as its not as far on our trucks as say an F-150 or some other full size which is the same part # extender to begin with
