So let me start of by saying that the RAD Industries grille for the '16-'17 Tacomas, ended up looking... well, RAD on the truck. *All puns intended*

I couldn't be more pleased with the clean/simple, yet aggressive look the grille presents. So hats off to RAD Industries for designing such a nice looking product.
The install wasn't difficult by any means, but some moments did present a bit of a head scratcher. No fault of their own, but I didn't anticipate having to drill holes to mount it, and was expecting it do be "drop in". To be fair, the website never actually advertised a drop-in install, so just a word to the wise, and something to think about when looking at this product. After taking the front frame off, and removing the stock grille and bezel, I pulled out the handy-dandy instructions that are included with the product. Following it, I was a little uncertain at times at what exactly I was supposed to be doing, as the wording wasn't always clear (i.e. idiot proof/Barney style) and the pictures were small and somewhat blurry. Eventually I braved on (solo I might add), drilled my pilot holes, and assembled the grill. During the drilling stage, the directions suggests that you may want to use a second pair of hands to help hold the grill taught and in place while you make your pilot holes. DO THIS!! AS I STRONGLY RECOMMEND GETTING SOME HELP FOR THIS PART. Take it from me, as I thought I was too cool for school and could handle it on my own.

    Pros:
    - Awesome looking grill
    - Easy installation

    Cons:
    - Directions be a little more clear and concise w/ better pictures
    - On mine the grills bows a little on the mid bottom portion, so if there was another bracket added in that area (pictured below) it'd really help
