I have a Uniden R7 on order, with long power cables and cigarette lighter end. Can this be run up through the A channel and across above the ceiling somehow to the rear view mirror without causing any damage? Plan is to get this in, scope out the radar/lidar systems in use around here. Then maybe spring bigger bucks for a LIDAR jammer. How do the RedStop school zone cameras work? IR? Has anyone out there installed an R7 in a 2006 Taco? Mine has only 117k miles on it. I also have the UltraGauge on it. Thanks for any cordial input.
