    Just here to say, that's my dream house. Actually, the house part could be half as big for me. I need about 500 sq ft to live in and 12000 sq ft garage/shop.

    Id just make sure it works properly...I'd hope they have a zone location for each of the numbers. And ask if its all switchable or is it all on at once which would be more expensive. But long as its not leaking or has error codes on the main menu, Im sure the inspector is going to ask similar questions. Fuel usage, if its zoned in sections, how to control each zone etc..

    I'm pretty sure it's a condensate drain for the venting.
