radiator flush problems....

    There are two. Driver's side is in about the same place as passenger, but requires some more acrobatics to see and get a socket on it. I used 3 x 6 inch extensions and a wobble to get to it.

    Sorry for late post but yes there are 3 coolant drain for the 2nd gen 4.0L

    1) The drain on the rad itself
    2)10mm brass bolt head easily found on the pass side of the engine, closer to the back of the motor
    3)10mm brass bolt head on the drivers side. This one is hard to see but is there, near the motor mount. It to the left side of the mount if looking at the engine from the drivers side.

    Note that the heater core isn't easily drained and some of the 2.5gal of coolant are in it, and a little is still left in other minor coolant lines. So weather you flush fully with water or only drain and fill with new coolant, you won't be able to add 2.5gal EXACTLY. There will still be a little bit of fluid in there, water if fully flushed, or old coolant if drain and filled only (not flushed with water).
