If I buy a new radiator that has ports for the automatic transmission cooler, can I use it in my truck that has a manual transmission? It's a 4wd SR5, year 2002, 2.7l engine.

[IMG] No worries with hook ups for auto trans just leave silicone covers on. however be aware the radiator offerings for our Toyo's sold on go to sites Rock Auto, Car Parts, etc are low cost low quality China made radiators as mounting holes rarely line up without drilling or filing just went thru this on my 97 tacoma 2.4L manual trans, the measurements between radiator choices are very close and rarely match printed measurements on different websites for same radiator, calling Rock Auto on day needed help in picking correct part number got a employee who's mind and care was somewhere else. eventually made a choice from Rock Auto based on OEM part number crossover however mounting holes where not even close requiring some drilling and filing, to date radiator works fine. a e-mail to Rock Auto with details of transaction got a reply that was what I ordered if did not fit, is on me? just proves even our go to parts sources for our aging 1st gen trucks are only as good as the folks who represents them. I used stainless fender washers to shore up mounting holes. and yes I would order needs from Rock Auto again! also side note, when called local Toyo Stealership was informed OEM radiator NLA, obsolete.
