Radio and turning signal

    i have an 01 and everytime I put my left foot down on the side off the clutch the radio gets quieter and everytime I push the clutch in with the left turn signal on it blinks crazy fast like a bulbs going out. Any ideas.

    I just mean that there is likely a short or a loose connection somewhere.

    When the radio gets quieter, is it just that speaker or all speakers?

    There is a fuse box by your foot down there, so you might have a bad connection, or judging by your blinker issue, a short.

    Has this always happened, or for how long has this been going on?

    Sorry, could not resist. You ma have loose wires that got moved when you press the clutch. These circuits have nothing in common.

    It's not a "bug," it's a "feature"

    They don't have anything in common when they're functioning properly, however, I could easily see some of these wires sharing a common harness. Like that guy who is having issues with his turn signals, headlights and cruise control. Unrelated circuits, but all coming form a common area (steering wheel)going to more or less a similar area (engine bay).
