Radio antenna adapter?

    First Toyota.. 2006 Tacoma. Do I need a radio antenna adapter when installing an aftermarket stereo deck? Or will the stock antenna wire plug right into my deck. I haven't opened it up yet.

    I have a 2011, no adapter needed, just plugs right in.
