my radio looses signal whenever i turn on my hid headlights and when i turn on the fog hids it gets staticy.. is this due to a bad ground on hids? the fogs didnt come with a ground wire just plug and play..the headlights did and i put the ground next to the batteries ground on the fender well... do i need to get a bigger ground wire coming from the battery? or is this normal and just gotta deal with it cuz of the hids.

When these plug n play HIDs first became popular i heard stories of cheaper ballasts causing radio interference. Not saying thats what this is. Id check all your wiring too.

Yeah, I have the same problem, but with only one set, my projectors don't do it, nor my fogs, but if I fire up my converted Hellas (55 watt) signal is full of static. But I don't much listen to the radio anyway, so it's not a big deal to me.
