Curious if your truck behaves this way. Pressing the UP arrow on the steering wheel goes down in preset channels. If I am on preset 2 and press UP on the steering wheel radio goes to preset 1. Logic seems backwards. Curious if your truck behaves the same way?

Mine is the same. Seems logical when 1 is at the top so up and down seem correct orientation. Idk, I don't pay too much attention to it since I haven't really listened to the radio in 15+ years.

That's the way it is, since the presets are listed vertically on the head unit and the volume goes sideways like the buttons in the steering wheel.

Yes - that’s the way it is. Up is up in the number value and down is down in the number value.

Haven't paid any attention lately to the radio either, but if i recall its something like the op described. I actually preferred my old 2001 tundra radio a lot better. Too much bs with the new taco radio system.

My 2020 works the same way. I just figured 'This is just the way it works' .. And yes, seems backwards... But, once you get the muscle memory of hitting whatever button ... No biggie.
