    just for info, this appears to happen on other Toyota entunes from 2016. my 2014 doesn't exhibit this with quick contacts, and I have all 4 filled in.

    my daughters 2016 highlander has the same issue. once we remove the quick contacts it started working correctly.

    so its just no 2016 Tacoma's.
