Radio wont pair with "phone", but pairs with "audio"...

For about the last 3 weeks, my phone stopped pairing to my stock radio. It does pair as an Audio Device, but the phone part doesnt pair. The only way I can get it to pair is to delete my phone from the radio, then re-pair it. It'll work, until I shut the truck off. Then it will go back to pairing audio, but wont for phone...

Anyone have this same issue?
