That's a Bestop Supertop. There are three major brands making something similar:

    Bestop:
    https://www.bestop.com/toyota/2005/tacoma/supertop-for-truck/bed-length/5-0ft/

    Softtopper:
    https://www.softopper.com/softopper

    CanBak:
    https://www.can-back.com/

Each one has their pros and cons, but your intended use and budget will dictate which works best for you.

Lots of info and lots of suggestions for the softopper here (the preferred brand of TacomaWorld):

    Welcome aboard.

I had both on two trucks. I liked the look of Bestop better.

Please don't recommend CanBak as an option to anyone:

I wouldn't have one as a gift. They are ugly, they sit inside the bed rails looking like a man wearing a hat 2 sizes too small. They don't last long and only offer the illusion of keeping anything secure. I've owned several Wranglers with soft tops over the years and had to replace the tops after a few years, or after someone decided to just rip it open to get inside. You'll have the same issues on a truck.

Buy a fiberglass cap and be done with it. If on a tight budget of if you think you'll be removing/replacing often they still make aluminum caps that cost less the the rag tops. They are light enough to put on and take off by yourself. Look better than the rag tops too, can even order them to match your truck in many cases.

Softtopper has worked great for me. Even stayed dry when Hurricane Matthew went right over the top of us on the beach in North Carolina.Have never regretted the purchase. Have not found a new hard top for anywhere near the price I paid during a group but on Tacoma World. And many people have said they like the looks of it.
