anyone have this? is it solid for a 8" tablet and ACTUAL offroading? looks like it might wobble back and forth in looking at the design.

I had the same one in my 4Runner and it held up well, both on-and off- road. I had an iPad Mini held by a RAM mount or a knockoff, I can't remember. The only negative about it, and the reason I didn't but the same for my Tacoma, was the difficultly I had getting to the outlet.

Yessir I have one and it is absolutely rock solid. I put my big ass heavy flipbook in a mount sometimes on it and it holds up fine. Install is a hell I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy though.
