Im considering taking off my rain guards on my doors. Bc I have no need for them and there starting to collect dirt and green goo in the cracks. So what is the best way to take them off? there really stuck on there, and it seems like a type of foam tape/adhesive...
    Thanks!

Heat gun or a hair dryer should turn the adhesive to goo. Then use rubbing alcohol to clean the residue.

take some dental floss or fishing line and pull in a cutting motion thru the adhesive. goo gone, bug and tar remover, or the like should clean the sticky residue off.
