I found this funny. Yesterday I saw a Ford Ranger, redneck looking truck, stickers all over, dual whip antenna's on the rear bumper, had a flag of some sort flying, I mean just about every tacky thing I wouldn't do to my truck, just had redneck written all over it. Then as he turned the corner I noticed the white lettering was turned inside on his wheels. I just found this so ironic. I mean with all stuff he had done yet turns the white lettering in? I guess he must have been thinking how redneck I am for having my letters out?

I voted in...but it really is a personal choice. This is the first time I"ve gone with blacked out tires on a Taco. I really like it on the dark gray truck. However, my wife's Taco has the whitewalls out. I have to admit it looks betterthat way on her Silver truck. So, I actually like it both ways I guess.

are the 80's styles coming back?
I have not run white letters out since I had my 1969 Z/28 back in 1983.

I agree it depends on the color of the truck but I do love the BFG A/Ts with the white letters out:

After seeing this pic....White lettering out for sure. These Tires look way to dull and plain IMO.

I was debating the same thing but I think I like the BFG lettering out. I'm still a little unsure with the color of my truck(pyrite Mica)

    I vote in...
as style means little to me.

primarily because I wheel muh junk...
and white letters look like crap
after I've ground them against a few rocks. ;)

Tho' it's not beyond me to reverse them
about half way thru their tread life
Mostly because the outer tread always wears faster
    when ground against 'da rocks.

I'd be happier if the tires I chose/purchased...
had black walls on both sides
But many don't offer that option.
