Raising a lowered 2001 short bed to original specs

just purchased a 2001 tacoma 4cyl short bed base cab that was lowered . To raise it back to the original height will i need to purchase any other parts ? can I just remove the spacer in between the leaf spring and the axle ? and what about the leaf springs , what has to be done ?
anything ? how can you tell if they lowered the front ? I want to be able to carry the maximum
cargo the truck weill allow . Thanks for any help or advice !
