    I have a cherry and pecan tree growing in my back yard and I just cut off some branches as needed to add a little bit of smoke. As for sides, it's not a requirement, but feel free to bring anything that you want. I will get a few tubs of potato salad so we are covered there.

    Hell yeah. That all sounds great. We have two additional grilles, one with another smoker, that can accommodate whatever you want to make.
