Which would be better to build a Jerry can holder?? Superstrut (10ft x $16.89) or Perforated Angle(6ft x $14.98). The supersrut is "Gold-Galvanized", can you weld that @diverdale?

this doesn't look terrible, but @ 60-75mph it shakes the hell out of the 4Runner, i've been dealing with the vibe for 3 years, tired of it, the driveshaft had been back to the shop that attempted 5 TIMES, and still not able to get it right.
It is NOT the truck, or the tires, i have the original driveshaft, it is useable, but the yokes are stretched and the caps spin in the bores. the vibe from it is MUCH less @ speed, it's a back up plan .
    image.jpg image.jpg
This arrived today, will be installed in a few, man i will be SO glad to have my 4Runner smooth again.

    will update in a bit.....

yeah...welding galvanized is a little different but little stuff should be fine. It's just slower...have to burn through the gal without getting the metal too hot. I have a really cool angle clamp for welding 90 and 45 degree..should be quick

MUCH smoother, butt buzz is gone, shifter shake is as well, still some tire vibes, but that is minor compared to what it was. may look into adjustable links for rear axle, dial in pinion angle a bit.

    I'm happier

and all spicer joints and yokes

So who is going to Expo? Me a Sunshine going there thurs thru Sunday, and once truck set up its not moving. Really want to hit some of the local breweries, seeing if that may be of interest to anyone.
